Optical Stellar Interferometry is a technique of rising importance in astronomy. Fist proposed by Fizeau, it consists on using two or more telescopes to collect the light from a distant object. The light from the different apertures is then combined obtaining an interference pattern from which the visibility of the source can be determined.
